We deliver to worldwide destinations. In fact many of our customers are from Europe, Canada, Australia / New Zealand and other Asian countries. 2. Do I need to sign-in for the receipt when receiving my item? Yes, you need to sign-in for the receipt as items are sent via registered air parcel/mail. 3. Can I purchase the item from US and send it to Australia as gift? Do I have to pay any extra fee for it? Yes you can send item to worldwide destination without incurring any extra fee. In fact we can even gift wrap it and write a short message for you free of charge! Let us know if you want this free gift wrapping service. 4. How long does the delivery take in arriving US / Europe? We send all our items via registered air delivery directly from Southwest China. It usually takes 10 - 15 days to arrive US / Europe and most other destinations worldwide. Custom ordered item will take longer as requiring extra time to tailor-made it. Express delivery (4 - 6 days) can be arranged with extra fee upon your request. 5. Is postage insurance included? Postage insurance is optional and is surcharged at 5% of the total amount. Simply mark down "add postage insurance" and pay 105% of the item price during check out. We recommend adding postage insurance as Interact China will not be responsible for the lost or damage of the item due to the postage delivery. 6. Where to check if my item has been shipped? You can login to your account and input your "confirmation number" to see its shipment status. 7. What are Interact China shipping rates? We offer free worldwide registered air delivery shipping for all products (except items for charity shipping to non US destinations), and hence there is no extra shipping fee to pay, except that you want express delivery service. PAYMENT 8. Which credit card do you accept? Do you accept debit card? Do you accept credit / debit card outside of US? We accept all major credit and debit cards worldwide, (also bank account payment for some countries), using Paypal payment system www.paypal.com. It is free, easy to use and pay instantly. It is available in many currencies, and that you don't share your financial information with us. Paypal is backed by eBay and is one of the most secure way to make payment over the internet. 9. What currencies do you accept? All of our products are priced in USD. However, you can use your non-USD credit / debit cards to make USD payment via Paypal currency conversion system. Is my payment through credit card secure at interactchina.com? Definitely!! Your security is our priority at interactchina.com and hence we use Paypal www.paypal.com as the only payment gateway in accepting your payment. You don't share any of your credit card number / information to us, and that Paypal use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information to ensure secure transaction. 11. Is there any tax to be added on top? All of our items are shipped directly from Southwest China and hence we will not add sales tax / VAT on top of the price tag. However, you may have to pay custom tax should it arise, subject to your country's tax rule. MY ORDER 12. Will I get an order confirmation? Yes! For every order you will receive an order confirmation email along with a confirmation number. (We recommend you print and/or save it for your reference.) For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during registration, please ensure your email address is correct. 13. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted? Our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible (within 24 hours). Therefore, we may not be able to allow changes to your order once you have made your purchase. MY ACCOUNT 14. How can I check my Order Status? When you login to your account, you will see information about the status of any particular order(s), including the date of your order(s) and your order history. 15. What to do if I forgot my account password? Simply click Lost Password . You then enter your name and e-mail address, and we'll email it to you immediately. 16. How does Interact China use my personal information? We respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about privacy. Simply login to your account and the Store Credit will be shown on the top of your account history. 18. How do I receive or subscribe updates from your store? Subscribe to Interact China email updates and be the first to know about promotions and new merchandise. Make sure to enter your e-mail address during registration and you will receive our promotion updates in time. RETURN 19. Can I return items that I dislike? We are confident that you will like what you have purchased and will guarantee your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied, return the item for a replacement or full refund (item to be returned in original condition). Sorry, the refund does not include any packaging or postage fees. Please let us know within 7 days of your receipt of the item. 20. How do you credit the money back to me after I make a return? We will credit your money back to your Paypal account, which need to be the same Paypal account as you made payment. DISCOUNT, BONUS, GIFT WRAP, CHARITY 21. Do you offer any discount for multiple purchases? Yes, you will get 5% off the total for 2-4 items and 10% off the total for 5+ items, per every single transaction. We will do the discount calculation for your once you have checked out. 22. What can I do with the discount I get from you? You can request us to 1) credit it back to your Paypal account; 2) leave it as shop credit for additional purchase; 3) have us donate to The Salvation Army "Child Education Sponsorship Program - China". 23. How to receive the Bonus VCD? As long as your purchase goes over US$100 per transaction, you are entitled to get a tribal VCD for free. You need to claim it during the check out in order to get it. 24. Do you offer gift wrapping service? Yes, and is a complimentary service! All you have to do is to let us know you want the purchased item be sent as gift and provide us 1) the recipient's name, 2) recipient's address and 3) a short message you want us to write on the gift tag. We will then send it via registered air according to your request. 25. How to participate charitable donation through Interact China? You can participate in helping children of Southwest China through us in two different ways. 1) Buy items listed in our BUY FOR CHARITY Category. 2) Donate your multiple purchase discount saving. Money collected from these two sources will be used to sponsor children under the Salvation Army "Child Education Sponsorship Program – China".
